Letting go is so hard for me, Lord.
I want to hold on
with all of my might.
I want everything
and everyone
to stay the same.
You constantly challenge me
with change.
Teach me
to surrender
to your will, Lord.
Help me to remember
that it is Your great love
for me
that brings about the need
for change and growth.
Help me to let go of my
desires
so I will be open
to Your work
in my life.
